Long Studio Design has a detailed return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for a full refund of the item, provided they comply with the returns policy. Returns labels should be requested from support@longstudiodesign.com within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The item must be received back within 28 days of when it was first received.

To return an item, email Long Studio Design within 14 days of delivery to request your returns label. Labels and documents must be printed prior to shipping. If returning items from multiple orders, a label for each delivery is needed.

For international returns, a commercial invoice may be supplied. Sign it and attach it to the outside of the package. Include the packing slip inside your return and pack your order carefully to prevent damage in transit. Damaged returns may not be accepted.

Recommendation is to use a registered post or delivery service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking details. Ship your return or have it collected within 1 week of requesting the returns label to make sure the label remains valid and to comply with the policy.

Once the returned item(s) are received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery fees will not be refunded.

Returns must comply with the policy: request a return label by emailing support@longstudiodesign.com within 14 days of receiving the delivery. All returns must be received back by Long Studio Design within 28 days to be accepted and eligible for a full refund. Original delivery fees will not ordinarily be refunded.

Returns should go back to Long Studio Design directly using labels provided by ourselves only. Include your packing slip inside the package when you return it. Any returns without a packing slip may not be accepted. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as satin bags and clothing tags should be included in your return.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back. Items that have been made-to-order or personalised cannot be returned.

Wallpapers should be hung in accordance with the instructions enclosed within each roll. No claim will be accepted unless the hanging instructions have been followed. No claim will be valid when more than 1 roll has been hung (as any fault should be obvious prior to hanging).

To open an account with studio.design, follow these steps:

1. Visit the sign up page.
2. Choose to sign up with either a Facebook or Google account, or register with an email address and create a password.
3. If signing up with Facebook or Google, click on the corresponding button and follow the instructions to register the account.
4. If signing up with an email address, a verification email will be sent upon account creation. Click on the Verify email address button in the email. The verification email is valid for one day. If it's expired, try to sign up again.
5. If the verification email is not received, check the spam folder or adjust the email filter settings. If the email is still not received, contact studio.design at hello@studio.design or through their contact page.

Remember, the email address used for registration may already be registered. If so, reset the password from the login page and try logging in again. If login is still not possible, there may be a problem with the internal data of the account. In this case, contact studio.design at hello@studio.design or through their contact page, and provide the email address being used for registration and the situation.

Please note that accounts cannot be created with email addresses that have previously unsubscribed from STUDIO, as STUDIO retains email addresses for a certain time after unsubscription to prevent fraudulent repeated unsubscribes and re-registrations.
